Our community can expect the following health and safety precautions to be followed:
- Wear a face covering
As required by the Minnesota Governor’s Executive Order, DeLaSalle requires that everyone in the building wear a face covering. If you are unable to wear a face covering, reasonable accommodations will be made. - Monitor symptoms
Students, employees, and visitors should conduct a health assessment at home and not report to school if they exhibit any COVID-19 symptoms. Everyone must check and record their temperature as soon as they arrive on campus. Anyone with a temperature higher than 100.4F may not remain on campus and should leave the premises. - Maintain physical distance
Maintain a minimum of 6 feet between yourself and others as much as feasible. Some bathroom stalls or urinals have been marked off to provide for proper physical distancing.
Follow posted signage and directions
Please observe the directional traffic signs in school hallways and classrooms. - Healthy hand hygiene
Students, employees, and visitors should sanitize their hands when they enter and leave any space in the school (sanitize in/sanitize out). Always wash your hands after using the restroom and before eating. Regularly sanitize your hands when coming into contact with high-touch areas or shared items. - Indoor Air Quality
DeLaSalle has invested in measures, including upgrading the HVAC system in the B building, to ensure the safest possible environment for students, employees, and visitors.
